Redbud Wind Update

Pretty good iced tea
How to brew a tea that will make your summer a success.
  • use ordinary Lipton Iced Tea Brew, Family Size Tea Bags - 24 tea bags in the long yellow box
  • place 1 quart of cold water in a stainless steel sauce pan
  • place two tea bags in the water and heat to 176 degrees
  • at 176 degrees turn off the heat and steep tea for 3 minutes (less time if tea is bitter for your taste - more time if you like it really strong)
  • pour brewed tea into 1/2 gallon container and fill with more cold water
  • use ice, lemon, sugar, limes, whatever makes you happy.
  • enjoy !
