Pretty good iced tea
How to brew a tea that will make your summer a success.
  • use ordinary Lipton Iced Tea Brew, Family Size Tea Bags - 24 tea bags in the long yellow box
  • place 1 quart of cold water in a stainless steel sauce pan
  • place two tea bags in the water and heat to 176 degrees
  • at 176 degrees turn off the heat and steep tea for 3 minutes (less time if tea is bitter for your taste - more time if you like it really strong)
  • pour brewed tea into 1/2 gallon container and fill with more cold water
  • use ice, lemon, sugar, limes, whatever makes you happy.
  • enjoy !

Coming soon...a travelogue
In the coming months, KnowledgeFarm will present a travelogue feature in this location. Starting in June we will begin receiving photographs, commentary and musings by Rich Kurczak as he spends five months exploring remote regions in the United States and Africa. Keep your eye on this space, it will be educational and entertaining.
